Chinstrap Penguins, Antarctic


The wondrous, pristine world of Antarctica is home to the chin-strap penguin, aptly named for its thin black chinstrap-like band. Of necessity these bold and aggressive birds build their nests on large, angular rocks, using rounded pebbles as a substitute for grasses and twigs.
